We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, maintain IT systems, and ensure reliable operation of end-user devices and network infrastructure. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level technical support to end users via phone, email, remote, and onsite.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and network connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and support Windows operating systems and business applications.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory.
- Support Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity.
- Perform system updates, software installations, security patching, and preventive maintenance.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, asset inventories, and support records.
- Respond to and resolve IT support tickets within agreed service levels.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or third-party vendors when necessary.
- Assist with IT infrastructure projects, system upgrades, and technology deployments.
- Follow IT security policies and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Pay: $170.00 - $200.00 per day
