Job Summary
Support financial and administrative operations by liaising with external accountants, drafting employee contracts, assisting salary tabulation, managing project quotations and invoices, and coordinating with clients and suppliers in a fast-paced construction environment.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with external accountants to resolve queries on the company’s financial statements
- Provide administrative support for general worker matters including work pass applications, accommodation, transport, and attendance tracking
- Draft employee contracts for new hires to ensure compliance and clarity
- Assist the HR Manager in tabulating monthly salaries for general workers accurately
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and claims for various construction projects to support billing and cost recovery
- Communicate effectively with clients, site managers, project managers, and site engineers to facilitate project coordination
- Track and prepare monthly administration reports for projects to monitor and control costs
- Order materials, follow up on deliveries, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely supply
- Source and compare supplier quotations to support cost-effective purchasing decisions
- Use English and Mandarin proficiently to perform job functions and communicate with stakeholders
- Demonstrate initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and solve problems
- Maintain a positive attitude and apply problem-solving skills to overcome challenges in daily tasks
- Work a 5.5-day work week to support operational needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working in the construction administration industry is an advantage
Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
