Autocount Hiring! Full Time Sales Consultant in - Ricebowl

Job Description – What You’ll Be Doing:

• Reach out to potential and existing customers to understand their business needs and provide consultations
• Conduct engaging online product demos to showcase how our software can help businesses run more efficiently
• Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring they clearly understand our product features, pricing and value
• Drive sales by promoting our software and achieving (or exceeding!) your monthly targets
• Keep track of sales activities, maintain lead records and update call logs in the system
• Prepare and submit monthly sales reports to track your progress
• Stay informed about the latest industry trends and competitors to keep your edge
• Take on other ad-hoc tasks as assigned, we value team players who are flexible and eager to grow

Requirements - We’re Looking For:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration or any related field
• Sales-related experience of around 1 year will be an added advantage
• Proactive, sales-driven and confident in communication
• Able to work independently and collaborate well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage, as the role involves interacting with Mandarin-speaking clients
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools and software for sales and communication
