Pricing Analyst
Key Responsibilities
Price Setting and Maintenance
- Execute daily pricing tasks such as computing standard prices, maintaining and updating price lists, and developing target cost recommendations for Sales teams.
- Support timely and accurate pricing responses for customer briefs and lead price preparation for key commercial offers.
Margin Protection and Optimization
- Monitor gross margins regularly and identify risks or opportunities for improvement.
- Recommend pricing adjustments in response to raw material cost changes or margin enhancement needs.Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Procurement to resolve cost-related challenges.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Customer Engagement
- Partner closely with Sales, Commercial, and cross-functional teams to ensure pricing strategies support customer and business goals.
- Participate in pricing discussions with customers as needed—presenting proposals, clarifying agreements, and supporting commercial negotiations.
- Play an active role in pricing decisions, including incentives for key accounts, driving alignment between internal teams and customer expectations.
Data Accuracy and Policy Compliance
- Maintain high data integrity across pricing processes, ensuring accuracy in system entries and updates.
- Adhere to internal pricing guidelines and support the enforcement of pricing policies across the business.
Process Improvement and Project Support
- Contribute to local or regional pricing projects and process enhancement initiatives.
- Support efforts to simplify pricing tools, workflows, or data transparency for stakeholders.
Main Requirements
- Bachelors in Finance & Accounting
- Minimum 5 years experience in finance and controlling, or strategic financial analysis
