Overview
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer (After-Sales) with strong experience in cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in infrastructure, Kubernetes (K8s), OpenShift (OCP), networking, storage, monitoring, logging, and automation.
This role is responsible for providing technical support, implementation guidance, customer training, and post-sales solutions while acting as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support, implementation guidance, and product training to customers during product evaluation and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while serving as the primary technical point of contact for customers.
- Partner with the Sales team to identify business opportunities and deliver appropriate technical solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, including project proposals, implementation plans, test reports, and tender/bid documents.
- Gather customer feedback and market requirements, and communicate insights to Product Management and R&D teams.
- Participate in technical presentations, workshops, and marketing events.
- Collaborate with technology partners on technical integrations and solution delivery.
- Manage and resolve customer support tickets within agreed service levels.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through professional technical support and consultation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in IT, cloud computing, or internet-related industries.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Kubernetes (K8s)
- OpenShift (OCP)
- Infrastructure
- Networking
- Storage
- Monitoring & Logging
- Automation
- Experience in after-sales support, technical support, system operations, infrastructure, or large-scale project implementation is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of cloud-native technologies, DevOps practices, container platforms, and related ecosystems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting enterprise Kubernetes or container platform environments.
- Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and DevOps workflows.
- Experience handling enterprise customer support and implementation projects.
