Key Responsibilities
- Provide Various Massage Services: Perform a range of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and therapeutic massages based on client needs and preferences.
- Client Consultation: Conduct initial consultations to understand clients' health conditions, preferences, and specific requirements to tailor each session effectively.
- Maintain Treatment Records: Keep accurate and confidential client records including treatment plans, progress notes, and any relevant medical history.
- Ensure Hygiene and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, safe, and serene environment in all treatment areas, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns clients may have, and providing professional advice on post-massage care.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery and a cohesive team environment.
- Continuing Education: Stay updated with the latest techniques and developments in massage therapy through ongoing training and education.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a massage therapist, proficient in various massage techniques.
- Hold relevant massage therapy qualifications is a plus.
- Passionate about customer service, excellent communication skills, able to understand client needs and provide professional advice.
- Possess a team spirit, able to collaborate with colleagues to complete work tasks.
