As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor (Façade), you'll support our commercial team in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, progress claims, variation orders, and project cost control while working closely with project, design, procurement, and site teams.

What you'll do:

• Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and BIM models

• Assist in tender pricing and cost estimation

• Prepare progress claims and variation orders

• Support subcontractor evaluation and payment processes

• Maintain project cost records and commercial documentation

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate commercial reporting

What we're looking for:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Experience in façade, curtain wall, aluminium, or glazing works is an advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to interpret construction drawings

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
