IT Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Singapore

Employment Type: Full-time

Eligibility: Singapore Citizens, Singapore PR, or Non-Indian Employment Pass (EP) holders

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in infrastructure engineering, networking, data integration, and enterprise platform management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build, integrate, secure, and maintain enterprise infrastructure and cyber asset management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure and platform solutions.
• Configure and troubleshoot networking components including Firewalls, DNS, Proxies, and VPNs.
• Integrate enterprise systems using APIs, connectors, and ETL/ELT tools.
• Manage service accounts, API tokens, SSL/TLS certificates, and credential lifecycle.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across network, authentication, and application layers.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and Security teams to deliver scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Support containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor infrastructure health using observability and monitoring tools.

Required Skills

• 5–7+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Systems Administration.
• Strong knowledge of Networking (Firewalls, DNS, VPN, Proxies).
• Experience with API integrations, Data Integration Platforms, ETL/ELT tools.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and/or Ansible.
• Experience managing Service Accounts, API Tokens, Certificates, and Enterprise Credentials.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Axonius, Armis, ServiceNow CMDB, or Qualys.
• Understanding of Cyber Asset Management, Vulnerability Scanning, Asset Discovery, and Attack Surface Management.
• Knowledge of Singapore Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) and WOG Shared Services.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
