About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced AI Operations Trainer to deliver practical training in AI-driven business operations and workplace productivity. You will empower adult learners to apply AI tools to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and support data-informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training in AI applications for business operations and process improvement
• Facilitate hands-on learning using tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and automation platforms
• Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions
• Design and customise course materials based on real-world operational scenarios
• Teach learners how to apply AI for workflow automation, content creation, and administrative efficiency
• Guide learners through practical projects and implementation exercises
  
  

Requirements

• 2–5 years of training experience in adult education, business operations, or AI-related topics
• 3–5 years industry experience in operations, administration, or process improvement with AI exposure
• Practical experience in:
• Business process automation
• Operational workflows and efficiency improvement
• Use of AI tools for workplace productivity
  
  

Qualifications & Certifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Digital Transformation, or related field
• ACTA or ACLP certification (mandatory)
• Certifications in AI tools, automation, or prompt engineering preferred
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in prompt engineering and AI content creation
• Understanding of data compliance and ethical AI considerations
• Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience delivering training via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or other e-learning platforms
