Responsibilities
- Identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities
- Support spend analysis and optimization planning
- Lead sourcing activities, including RFx processes
- Support vendor selection and contract negotiations
- Ensure contract compliance with legal and company standards
- Manage vendor performance and risk monitoring
- Maintain procurement processes, tools, and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional and regional stakeholders
- 2-3 years of relevant procurement or sourcing experience
- Background in indirect procurement practices
- Knowledge of project management principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with diverse, international stakeholders
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
