- Provide BAU support, including troubleshooting, incident handling, and system monitoring
- Perform system maintenance to ensure stability, performance, and reliability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements
- Participate in project implementation, including design, development, testing, and deployment
- Develop and implement new features and system enhancements
- Prepare functional and technical documentation
- Work closely with developers, business users, and vendors to deliver solutions.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and financial industry regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience in System Analyst / Programmer / Developer / Coding roles
- Solid hands-on experience in Java and/or Python development
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database management
- Proven experience in the financial services industry
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
