- Lead, coach and mentor a team of recruitment consultants to drive performance and ensure meeting sales and KPI targets
- Drive business development and sales activities to connect with new clients and maintaining good relationship with existing clients
- Work closely with corporate clients to understand their hiring needs and provide consultative advice to staffing & hiring solutions
- Understand job seekers expectations and client's job requirements to effectively place the right talent for the job
- Manage the full recruitment cycle between clients and candidates
