Job Description

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to support strategic and commercial decisions.
  • Provide financial insights to support business decisions, pricing strategies, and business unit performance reviews.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams on cost management, resource planning, and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the full month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing processes to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial results.
  • Manage financial statements and management reporting while maintaining strong internal controls, governance, and audit readiness, ensuring full statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance in partnership with external advisors.
  • Lead and develop finance team members, managing workflows, performance, and capability building.


The Successful Applicant

A Successful Candidate Should Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; prior experience in a Big 4 firm is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in a mid‑level managerial role within a fast‑paced environment. Broad‑based finance experience covering both controllership and FP&A.
  • Strong business partnering capabilities with the ability to convert financial insights into practical, actionable recommendations.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Resourceful, commercially minded, and comfortable operating within a matrixed, international organisation.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross‑functional teams.
