About the Team:

We are building the next generation of AI Agentic capabilities for one of our core enterprise products, evolving it from a productivity tool into an intelligent assistant that can understand context, take actions, and get work done autonomously on behalf of our users.

You will work hand-in-hand with our Product Manager to conceive, prototype, and ship new AI Agent products, joining a small, fast-moving team where engineering, product, and design work in tight iteration loops.

Job Description:

• Design, build, and iterate on AI Agent capabilities (e.g. agent orchestration, tool/function calling, retrieval-augmented generation, multi-step workflow automation) for a core enterprise product.
• Work closely with the Product Manager to translate product requirements into technical designs, quick prototypes, and production-ready features.
• Develop and integrate LLM-powered features (copilot, smart search, summarization, agentic workflows) into our core enterprise product, transforming how users search, collaborate, and get work done.
• Build evaluation pipelines and instrumentation to continuously measure and improve agent accuracy, latency, and reliability in production.
• Rapidly prototype new ideas, run experiments, and iterate based on user feedback and product metrics.
• Partner with backend/infra teams to ensure AI features are scalable, secure, and ready for enterprise use.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid programming fundamentals (Python and/or Java/Go) and understanding of software engineering best practices.
• Foundational knowledge of machine learning / deep learning, and familiarity with LLM concepts (prompting, embeddings, RAG, agents, tool calling).
• Fast learner with a strong self-driven mindset; comfortable picking up new frameworks and technologies (e.g. LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases) independently.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Good communication skills, able to work closely with product managers and designers to turn ideas into working prototypes.
• Prior internship/project experience building AI/LLM-powered applications or products is a strong plus.
