Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Finance Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of both the Human Resources and Finance departments. This role is ideal for fresh graduates, candidates with 1–3 years, or individuals looking to build their career in HR and finance administration. The successful candidate will assist with recruitment, employee records management, billing, collections, and general administrative tasks while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.


HR Support

  • Support in recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, candidate follow-up and onboarding of new employees.
  • Maintain and update both physical and digital employee records (e.g., leave records, medical claims and personal information) while ensuring strict confidentiality.
  • Schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates and assist in preparing job advertisements and postings.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Perform any other duties as may be specified by the Company from time to time.
  • Support management in policy implementation and continuous process improvements


Finance Support

  • Monitor customer collections and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Assist with billing, invoicing and bank reconsiliation
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and filing systems.
  • Perform any other duties as may be specified by the Company from time to time.


Requirements :

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Basic understanding of Malaysian Employment Act is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Experience with SQL-based systems will be an added advantage.
