SML Group Hiring! Full Time Project Coordinator – RFID in Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Responsibilities

• Support new RFID program rollout and ongoing operations.
• Perform RFID testing and validation (end-to-end, ARC samples, PPO).
• Assist in RFID base stock planning for assigned programs.
• Prepare regular reports and handle data analysis.
• Provide technical support on RFID-related issues to internal teams.
• Support customer site visits and production follow-up when required.
• Support base stock selection and identify cost-efficient alternatives to optimize in-house profit margin.
• Collaborate closely with the RFID team to ensure smooth execution and program continuity.

Qualifications

• Degree holders from all disciplines are welcome; candidates with a background in Engineering, Information Technology, Science, or related fields will have an advantage.
• Fresh graduates will be considered.
• Candidates seeking a career transition from other industries are also welcome. We offer on-the-job training to develop RFID knowledge to support both individual career and company growth.
