Role Description The Administrative Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Petaling Jaya, responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and executive support to ensure smooth office operations. Day-to-day tasks include managing calendars and meetings, preparing documents and reports, handling correspondence, and maintaining accurate records and filings. The role also supports general administrative functions such as office supply management, coordination of internal and external meetings, travel arrangements, and expense tracking. The Administrative Executive will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, assist in organizing company events and activities, and ensure that administrative processes comply with company policies and s

tandards.


Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills to support leaders and daily office operations.
  • Candidates should possess solid General Administration skills, including document management, scheduling, record keeping, and coordination of office activities.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders, external partners, and visitors.
  • Candidates should ideally have proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office), strong organizational and time-management abilities, and attention to detail.
  • A diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field, and prior experience in an administrative or executive support role, would be beneficial.
