Description

Investor Relationship Management (Client-Facing Core)

Act as a primary day-to-day contact for institutional and professional investors
Build and maintain strong, long-term investor relationships through proactive engagement
Handle investor queries with high responsiveness and professionalism

Investor Communications & Reporting

Lead preparation and delivery of investor communications including:
Monthly/quarterly performance reports
Investor letters and updates
Tailored responses to investor requests
Ensure consistency, clarity, and accuracy of all external communications

Investor Materials & Data Oversight

Own and continuously enhance investor presentations, due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), and data room content
Ensure materials are updated, high-quality, and aligned with firm messaging
Maintain CRM systems and investor records with strong data integrity

Operational Investor Support

Oversee subscription/redemption processes in coordination with internal teams and fund administrators
Ensure smooth onboarding experience for investors
Monitor investor-related workflows to improve efficiency and service quality

Meetings & Roadshow Coordination

Coordinate investor meetings, calls, and portfolio updates
Support senior management in investor engagement activities (no direct fundraising targets)
Prepare briefing materials and talking points for meetings

Cross-Functional Coordination

Liaise with investment, operations, legal, and compliance teams to ensure accurate information flow
Act as a bridge between internal teams and external investors

ODD & Governance Support

Oversee updates and responses to operational due diligence requests
Ensure completeness and quality control of ODD materials

Profile

Experience

5-8 years of relevant experience in investor relations, asset management, or investment banking
Proven experience in client-facing roles with institutional investors
Prior exposure to hedge funds, private markets, or asset management preferred

Education

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Business, Economics, or related disciplines

Language Skills

Strong proficiency in English and Putonghua (written and spoken)
