Are you ready to stand out among the next-generation of hospitality leaders? We are looking for Assistant Executive Housekeeper at Housekeeping Department:
Job Responsibilities:
Work with the Executive Housekeeper to ensure all Housekeeping quality standards are complied with and that policies and procedures are consistently applied
Fully understand and review monthly reports in relation to Housekeeping product and services. Present relevant information to associates related to Guests feedback.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity and uplift service standard.
Handle and follow up complaints in order to ensure guest satisfaction.
Job Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in similar capacity in a deluxe, upscale hotel.
Abilities in organizing and coordinating the work and activities with passion and eagerness to achieve high quality services.
Detail oriented with the abilities to improve productivity and efficiency.
Able to speak, read and write English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
