Job Responsibilities:
To take charge in the management of the procurement operations and Food & Beverage supplies
Developing procurement source plans, which meet the needs of the specific business area
Development and implementation of purchasing category best practices
To ensure that company expenses are minimized through the use of effective purchasing and by obtaining the most competitive prices for goods and services
Anticipating business and clients needs in the development of business and source plans, product and service requirements
Job Requirements:
Over 3 years relevant experience
Hospitality purchasing experience is an advantage
Good communication & negotiation skills
Proficiency in procurement system, SCM and familiar with Microsoft 365
Diploma in Materials Management / Procurement preferred
Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Procurement Officer
