We are a leading E&M Contractor. To cope with our rapid business development, we are now looking for high caliber talents to join our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and manage the procurement process for assigned project packages.
Liaise closely with the Project Director / Project Manager to understand project requirements for goods, services, timelines, and works, and integrate these requirements into the Project Procurement Plan.
Monitor and analyze market conditions, including price movements and delivery trends, for project materials, equipment, and works.
Conduct sourcing activities, including identifying, evaluation, and pre-qualifying new suppliers.
Register and qualify suppliers upon selection and perform supplier performance evaluations in accordance with established procedures.
Manage end-to-end RFQ / RFP processes, including commercial evaluations, price and contract negotiation, PO / contract awards, administration through final delivery, and PO / contract closeout, ensuring the company’s best interests are consistently protected.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company and client requirements, internal policies, procedures, and approval processes.
Build, manage, and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers.
Prepare and submit procurement reports
Requirements:
Degree / Higher Diploma in Engineering or equivalent with at least 2 years of procurement experience, particularly with experience in projects, tenders and sub-contracting of construction industry.
High integrity, mature, self-driven, and able to work independently while meeting tight deadlines.
A good team player with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Skillful in negotiation, is resourceful , decisive and analytical.
Proficiency in ERP is a plus.
