Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retail Associate role based in Singapore. The Retail Associate is responsible for delivering a premium customer experience by welcoming clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through Maison Margiela’s collections and brand story. Responsibilities include handling sales transactions, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring that the boutique environment reflects the Maison’s aesthetic and values. The role also involves managing stock levels, supporting inventory counts, and coordinating product replenishment. The Retail Associate collaborates closely with team members and management to achieve sales targets, provide attentive after-sales service, and uphold operational and brand guidelines.

• Customer Experience expertise, including the ability to create personalized, luxury retail experiences and build long-term client relationships.
• Inventory Management capabilities, such as handling stock, supporting deliveries, and maintaining accurate product records.
• Clear and professional Communication skills for engaging customers and collaborating effectively with team members.
• Previous experience in luxury or premium fashion retail is highly beneficial.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to Singapore’s clientele are an advantage.
