We're hiring: HR Manager, Generalist & Recruitment | Kuala Lumpur

Our Southeast Asia hub is growing, and we are looking for an HR Manager to shape how we grow.

About the role

You will oversee all aspects of human resources, from developing strategies and policies to driving recruitment and fostering a positive work culture, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and ensuring compliance with Malaysian regulations.

What you will do

• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that support business goals and employee engagement
• Lead recruitment to attract and retain top talent in line with our growth objectives
• Drive performance management, development programs, and competitive compensation and benefits
• Oversee staff welfare and wellness initiatives, and foster strong employee relations
• Manage HR budgets, records, and claims in compliance with company policies and legal requirements

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years in an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar role
• Strong business acumen, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
