Responsibilities

A Day in Your Life at MKS:

As an HR Generalist, you will partner with all department to managing daily HR operations and executing key people processes across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. The role serves as a primary point of contact for employees, ensuring effective HR service delivery, policy compliance, and a positive employee experience. Additionally, the HR Generalist maintains accurate HR data, supports payroll and benefits administration, and contributes to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives. In this role, you will report to the HR Project Manager.


You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Works closely with management in the implementation of corporate policies related to human resources, organizational and employee development at the business unit or division level.
  • Assists management in the development of solutions through organizational development and cultural and process-oriented perspectives.
  • Supports in executing HR strategies and daily operations.
  • Manages end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, documentation).
  • Assists in recruitment processes including coordination and candidate management.
  • Acts as first point of contact for employee queries and HR support.
  • Consults with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues, attempting to resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach.
  • Supports performance management and talent development activities.
  • Coordinates training and learning initiatives.
  • Assists in payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Ensures compliance with HR policies and local labor laws.
  • Maintains accurate HR records and HRIS data.
  • Prepares HR reports and supports HR analytics.
  • Participates in company-wide programs and initiatives.


Skills You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of related experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment laws.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
  • Proactive and detail oriented.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn.
