Join a Procurement Specialist role where you will be a key role in sourcing engineering materials, custom-made parts, and tooling for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to secure the best value, ensure supply continuity, and support efficient production through strategic sourcing and supplier management.

Working Location: Serendah (Selangor)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage purchasing activities for engineering parts, spare parts, tooling, and production materials.
• Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Work closely with Engineering, Production, and Maintenance teams to support operational requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve quality or delivery issues.
• Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of procurement or purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience sourcing engineering parts, tooling, or custom-made components is an advantage.
• Good negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills. Mandarin proficiency is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and ERP systems, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
