About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our retail operations in the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with a proven track record in sales management, team leadership, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving business growth.


Responsibilities

  • Drive store sales performance and achieve business targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a premium customer experience.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent.
  • Monitor sales performance, customer engagement, and key business metrics.
  • Plan and execute sales activities, promotional events, and customer outreach initiatives.
  • Manage daily store operations, inventory, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Control operational expenses and ensure efficient resource utilization.
  • Implement company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance team productivity.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and industry developments.


Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in retail sales, automotive sales, key account management, or a related industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing and leading sales teams.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Excellent business development and negotiation capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and retail sales management tools.
  • Passion for electric vehicles and sustainable mobility is an advantage.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin.
