Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging AI and avatar training programmes to both internal teams and external clients.
• Facilitate instructor-led training sessions lasting 2–3 days, incorporating practical, hands-on learning activities.
• Present AI concepts, system functionalities, and digital workflows in a clear, concise, and accessible manner.
• Provide guidance and technical support to participants throughout practical exercises.
• Foster an interactive learning environment through demonstrations, discussions, and collaborative activities.
• Respond to participant enquiries with confidence, professionalism, and clarity.
• Ensure all training content and delivery adhere to company standards and best practices.
• Conduct system demonstrations and guide participants through key processes and workflows.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of training materials, course content, and learning resources.
• Participate in Train-the-Trainer programmes, mock training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Stay informed about emerging AI technologies, digital tools, and product enhancements to ensure training remains current and relevant.
• Represent the company professionally during training sessions, workshops, and customer engagements.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in training, technical support, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Basic knowledge of AI concepts and digital technologies.
• Comfortable using digital platforms and quick to learn new technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Confident delivering presentations and engaging audiences of varying backgrounds.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical users.
• Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
