Job Description

Responsibilities

Role: Robotic Automation Specialist, 4+ Years of experience


Requirements:

  • Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate automation requirements from business divisions.
  • Good understanding of RPA tools (primarily UiPath) and lifecycle: design, build, deploy, monitor, and support.
  • Document processes, process flows, and business rules with clear exception handling.
  • Conduct feasibility analysis and recommend automation opportunities aligned with business goals.
  • Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, support team, and IT/Infra teams.
  • Apply VB.NET knowledge in UiPath for coding expressions, custom logic, and error handling.
  • Review RPA codes to ensure compliance with best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
  • Utilize scripting languages (eg: PowerShell, Python, or similar) to support automation tasks.
  • Apply version control practices (SVN, Git) for managing codebase.
  • Identify opportunities to apply innovative tech to automation use cases.
  • Create detailed solution design documents (SDD)/process definition documents (PDD) and other technical documentation.
  • Implement other automation tools (eg: UiVision, Co-pilot, Power Automate, etc.) where relevant.
  • Evaluate and pilot emerging technologies (eg: Generative AI, agentic AI, co-pilot tools, etc).
  • Track automation pipeline, monitor performance, and report on ROI and business impact.
  • Contribute to automation best practices, governance, and knowledge sharing.
  • Continuously improve delivery processes to increase speed, stability, and innovation.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in IT, Engineering, or related discipline.

• Basic understanding of business processes and workflow concepts.

• Knowledge of programming/scripting (eg: Python, .NET, C#, or VBA)

• Familiarity with RPA tools (preferably UiPath) is a plus, but training will be provided.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Eagerness to learn and grow in automation, AI and digital technologies.
