Reponsibilities:
Welcoming and greeting guests in a professional manner
Perform and manage reception duties
Manage reservations, guests enquires and table arrangement
Monitor restaurant bookings
Answer guests’ enquiries whether in person, on the phone or through e-mails in a friendly and professional manner.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in luxury hotels would be an advantage
Good customer service skills
Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
