Job Description
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor multiple simultaneous production/manufacturing schedule and capture any changes made
Updating of BOM (material) list for individual projects into personalized schedule file
Act as main point of contact between customer internal warehouse teams and 3PL partners to ensure timely fulfillment
Monitor individual project picking/kitting progress, coordinate troubleshooting activities and resolve order fulfillment issues by collaborating with customer and the internal warehouse team to ensure smooth operations
Attend meetings with customer and address urgent demands, special customer requests, make swift decisions, and escalate matters when necessary to ensure service levels are met
Handle unforeseen operational or system exceptions
Arrangements for movement of physical material to and from offsite warehouse as per request – baseskid, generic, PDU Coordinate and manage escalation activities to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain operational efficiency
Adhoc documentation, other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma and above
Well versed in SAP, Outlook, Sharedrive, Excel
Adapt fast and detail oriented
Working hours:
Monday-Friday, 8am-5.30pm
