SUMMARY OF THE ROLE


MOH Holdings is leading the business transformation in the implementation of a common and consolidated platform for Singapore’s public healthcare to manage financial transactions, reporting, internal cost controls and material management.


Following strategic alignment to streamline processes and minimize customization of the solution, the next phase focuses on implementing the SAP FICO and MM modules on S/4HANA, migrating from multiple SAP ECC6 instances.


The Change Management Executive will play an instrumental role together with the Change Management Lead, during the implementation phase to support the formulation, delivery and realization of the change management strategy and outcomes for FIMM, during the implementation phase.


This will be a 2 year contract with an option for a further 2 year extension.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


You will be a key member of the Change Management and Enablement Team of FIMM, reporting into the Change Management Lead, responsible for:


Supporting Change Strategy and Alignment:

  • Understand the impediments for change at user level and create a change strategy and plan that addresses these pain points.
  • Support the Change Team and collaborate with the Implementation Partner and business in developing the change strategy and implementation plan for FIMM that is in sync with the rollout phases.
  • Work with the Implementation Partner to measure change impact and outcomes and put together regular updates to the Executive Committee on the progress of Change Management and user adoption.


Operationalize Change Plan:

  • Support in creating awareness of change at program, business and user level as well as building a compelling case and benefit for change and “what is it in for me” for users on the ground to engage users.
  • Put together training needs and capability gaps of the team that will form part of the training and enablement plan
  • Support in the organization of training and execution of training programs to ensure user readiness and operational continuity.
  • Engage change network of business users to understand concerns on the ground and communicate the case of change and how to change.
  • Gather user feedback and ensure the voice of users are heard at the program level and taken into consideration during decision making.


Stakeholder Management and Communication:

  • Develop change communications messages and materials and support stakeholder management in ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations on change.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with users and Synapxe, supporting critical business decisions and buy-in.


JOB REQUIREMENTS


EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree


EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 2 year’s experience in change management
  • Experience with change programs for SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformations and SAP Central Finance implementations is a plus.


TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

  • Change Management certified (PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner/ Certified Change Management Professional)


QUALITIES

  • Strong understanding of human behaviour and change dynamics, with the ability to anticipate resistance and guide users through transformation.
  • Strong Stakeholder Engagement with users in Business Units, with the ability to influence and drive alignment and secure buy-in across diverse stakeholders and entities
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex environments
  • Experience in healthcare or other regulated sectors such as finance is a plus
