Job Role / Job Overview
The HR Administrative Assistant role reports to the APAC HR Director.
Responsibilities Provide support to HR & Administrative related duties
Update & maintain employee records (onboarding/offboarding/staff movement)
Assist in data collation for any statistical purposes
To remain updated on Employment Act Review & update HR or any other related policies
Other ad-hoc HR & Administrative duties
Education & Certifications
Minimum Degree level with at least 3 years of administrative/HR experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Powerpoint
Job Specific Technical Requirements
Provide all-rounded and professional admin services to the employees; Organising company events and staff wellbeing activities
Responsible for external vendors’ management, such as contract renewal, regular cleaning services and repairs for the office
Support with the APAC recruitment team activities in job posting, candidate screening, interview arrangement etc;
Support with the leave and attendance administration;
Work closely with APAC C&B team to ensure timely and smooth payroll/CPF processingAble to handle employee’s enquiries and gives discipline counselling when necessary;
Handle employee on-boarding and off-boarding;
Ensure timely submission of government claims such as Child Care Leave, Maternity/ Paternity Leave, etc
Support Global Policy implementation for APAC site offices
Responsible for monthly sustainability reporting for APAC site offices
