Role Description The Indoor Sales Executive is a full-time. This role involves managing incoming inquiries, preparing quotations, and following up with customers to close sales and support repeat business. The Indoor Sales Executive will maintain accurate records in the sales system, coordinate with operations and technical teams on service schedules, and ensure prompt communication with clients. Daily responsibilities include building and nurturing customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, supporting marketing and promotional activities, and providing product and service information to help customers make informed decisions. The role also includes contributing to sales targets, reporting on pipeline activities, and supporting continuous improvement in sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage professionally via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience in lead management, follow-up, and closing deals in a B2B environment.
  • Basic knowledge or interest in calibration, engineering, or technical services, with willingness to learn industry-specific products and standards.
  • Proficiency in office and CRM software, accurate data entry, and attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, manage time independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant experience in indoor/inside sales, tele-sales, or customer support; experience in metrology or related industries is an advantage.
  • Diploma or degree in Scientific , Engineering , Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude, resilience in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to ethical, inclusive, and non-discriminatory workplace practices.
