EVENT EXECUTIVE

Company Description Limelight Creative Sdn Bhd specializes in brand development, strategic planning, marketing campaigns, and creative event ideation and execution. The company focuses on bringing innovative concepts and fresh perspectives to corporate events and marketing programs.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Event Executive role based in Damansara. The Event Executive will support end-to-end event planning, including brainstorming concepts, preparing proposals, coordinating timelines, and managing client requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, including managing timelines, resources, and on-site operations.
• Strength in client servicing, including clear communication, expectation management, and relationship building.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Comfort with basic office software and digital collaboration tools; familiarity with event management platforms is beneficial.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with creative and marketing colleagues.
• Prior experience in events, marketing, or brand activation is preferred, but motivated entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Diploma or degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an added advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.

Daily tasks include liaising with vendors and venues, preparing event documentation, overseeing logistics and on-site setup, and ensuring smooth event execution.
