Job Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) process, including verifying invoices, processing transactions, and preparing payments.
• Maintain vendor accounts by ensuring timely supplier payments, monitoring payment terms, and performing account reconciliations.
• Ensure invoices and financial records are processed accurately with a high level of attention to detail.
• Track payment due dates and assist with month-end closing activities to ensure deadlines are met.
• Support Accounts Payable operations for overseas entities and ensure compliance with internal procedures.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar accounting role.
• Familiarity with Accounts Payable procedures and basic accounting concepts.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Capable of working independently while managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Experience with accounting systems will be an added advantage.
