Project Executive (Operations & Implementation)
About Semmel
Semmel is a healthcare technology firm specializing in clinical surveillance, Infection Prevention and Control (IPC), and healthcare automation. We build mission-critical systems deployed in top hospitals worldwide. Our work is driven by a meaningful mission: creating real, measurable impact in clinical environments by improving patient safety and operational efficiency. We operate with high velocity and demand both structured execution and high autonomy from our team members.
The Role
We are seeking a Project Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. You are a generalist, a builder, and a problem-solver. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with international clients and leading healthcare institutions. You will act as the operational linchpin connecting sales, technical implementation, and customer success. Your primary mandate is total ownership of the post-sale customer journey—from the moment a contract is signed until the system is running flawlessly—ensuring that operational hurdles are resolved proactively without requiring escalation.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Onboarding: Take complete ownership of new account deployments. Manage all logistics, seed accounts with user data, configure system parameters, and coordinate training schedules so our leadership can step in strictly to deliver the final training.
- Customer Success & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for active users. You understand that speed is relative to customer success. You resolve inquiries with the urgency and precision required to ensure seamless clinical operations and a world-class client experience.
- Understanding Data: Translate clinical reporting requirements into sound mathematical logic. We will teach you how to use our BI tools to filter data and layout dashboards. You must bring a foundational, intuitive understanding of data mechanics to the table.
- Sales Operations: Support the commercial pipeline by generating precise, highly accurate quotations, managing distinct licenses for varying clinical entities, and maintaining administrative velocity.
Opportunities & Career Progression
- Path to Management: This is a high-growth trajectory role. Successful candidates are expected to build standard operating procedures for these foundational tasks and advance into leadership positions, such as Operations Manager or Head of Implementation, managing specialized teams.
- Direct Client Engagement: Work hand-in-hand with clinical leaders and administrators at top hospitals worldwide.
- Real-World Impact: Play a direct role in deploying systems that track and prevent healthcare-associated infections.
The Candidate Profile
- High Achiever: You are confident in your abilities, driven by excellence, and possess a track record of high performance. You operate with deep self-assurance and a proactive drive to succeed.
- Extreme Ownership: You possess a high internal locus of control. When you encounter a roadblock, your first instinct is to investigate, troubleshoot, and solve it independently.
- Digital Fluency: You are inherently tech-savvy. You do not memorize click-paths; you understand software mechanics, UI logic, and data relationships instinctively.
- Systems Thinking: You are methodical. When you do a task twice, you build a standard operating procedure or template for it the third time.
- Analytical Logic: You have a firm grasp of fundamental statistics and logic, allowing you to accurately map raw data to clinical compliance metrics.
- People-Centric: You are a natural "people person" who genuinely enjoys building, navigating, and nurturing professional relationships with clients.
Requirements
- Educational background in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, Psychology or equivalent operational experience in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment.
- 1 to 2 years of working experience in operations, information systems, healthcare administration, or a related fast-paced environment.
- Note: Young graduates with outstanding academic achievements are highly encouraged to apply.
- Exceptional, concise written and oral communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with conflicting priorities while maintaining strict attention to detail.
