Job Description

Responsibilities

Why join us?

Our internship programs give you a real-life insight into a future career. Like what you see and perform well, and you’ll be

offered the opportunity to join us

In this role, you’ll join the Climate-related Disclosures programme and work alongside experienced colleagues across Finance

and partner functions.

We’re looking for people who love building connections, supporting others, and making a real impact. You don’t need to

know everything about banking – bring your curiosity and drive, and we’ll help with the rest. If you’re the kind of person who

gets a buzz from helping others succeed – and loves the idea of being part of your clients’ story – we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Support delivery of the Climate-related Disclosures project, helping the team meet regulatory reporting

requirements and associated change delivery outcomes.

  • Assist with project governance and documentation including drafting, compiling, formatting, and maintaining

project materials used across Finance and partner functions.

  • keeping the log up to date, tracking progress, and highlighting ageing or escalating items to the appropriate working

group/forum.

  • Take on additional project-related tasks as assigned, based on priority and delivery needs.

Eligibility criteria

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate / bachelor’s degree (any discipline), with an interest in Finance, Regulatory

Reporting, ESG, Risk, or Project/Change Management.

  • Available to work full-time internship for 16–24 weeks commencing from August 2026 – October 2026.
  • In your final or penultimate year of studies, expected to graduate in 2027.
  • Obtained, or expected to achieve, a GPA of at least 4.0 / 5.0 or 3.2 / 4.0 or 2nd class upper (or equivalent).
  • Right to work in Malaysia without requirement for sponsorship.

What You’ll Need To Succeed In The Role

  • Strong communication skills: able to provide clear written updates and confident in following up with action

owners.

  • A “go-getter” mindset: proactive, organised, and willing to chase progress to closure without needing constant

direction.

  • Willingness to learn: curious and open to understanding regulatory reporting, governance, and delivery standards.
  • Stakeholder management and influencing: comfortable collaborating with senior stakeholders and navigating

multiple teams’ priorities.

  • Attention to detail: able to keep plans, logs, and artefacts accurate, consistent, and audit ready.
  • Ownership and reliability: follow through on tasks, flags risks early, and escalates appropriately when progress is

blocked
