The PMO Intern role supports the PMO's business-as-usual (BAU) activities including conducting weekly project meetings, updating ************* based on project managers' inputs, sending weekly project updates, and preparing monthly DTS KPI reports. In addition, this role is responsible for governing project processes and documentation while providing hands-on exposure to project management frameworks, process governance, project and program documentation, and DTS financial management (Opex/Capex) within an enterprise digital transformation environment. The role also contributes to strengthening the organization's PMO maturity model.


Location: Menara Lien Hoe, Petaling Jaya

Internship intake: August 2026

Internship duration: 6 months


What You’ll Do

  • Assist in tracking project progress, timelines and deliverables.
  • Support preparation of project status reports and dashboards.
  • Help maintain project documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Support portfolio tracking and demand management activities.
  • Ensure data accuracy in project management tools and systems.
  • Support PMO governance processes and compliance standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within PMO.


What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related field.
  • Maintain professional conduct and accountability.
  • Demonstrate ownership and proactive follow-up.
  • Support additional digital initiatives when required.
  • Be flexible in supporting cross-functional transformation activities.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency essential).
  • Bonus if you are familiar with tools like Jira, Trello, or MS Project, and have a basic understanding of project management concepts (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).
