Job Summary
The Executive Business Development is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets for facility management services. The role involves promoting integrated facility management solutions, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the facility management sector.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
- Meet prospective clients to understand their facility management requirements.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial quotations.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements with clients.
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams for site surveys and solution design.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Update CRM systems with sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to promote the company's services.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders, RFPs, and other business proposals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in Facility Management.
- Strong understanding of facility management services and commercial contracts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driving license (preferred, depending on location).

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
