Job Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) regulations and company policies.
• Monitor workplace safety practices and conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards.
• Coordinate and conduct safety training, toolbox meetings, and ESH awareness programs for employees.
• Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare and maintain ESH documentation, reports, permits, and records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with relevant government authorities, external auditors, and regulatory bodies during inspections and audits.
• Monitor waste management, environmental compliance, and pollution control activities.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE) and emergency response equipment.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the company's ESH management system.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in an ESH/Safety role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Malaysian Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations and environmental legislation.
• Familiar with ESH documentation, risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Possession of a valid Green Book (DOSH) will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
