What You'll Do

• Develop new business opportunities with architects, developers, contractors, interior designers, dealers and government agencies.
• Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat business and project opportunities.
• Conduct product presentations and secure product specifications for residential and commercial developments.
• Follow up on project leads, quotations, tenders and sales opportunities to maximise conversion.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and upcoming construction projects to identify new opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining an active sales pipeline using CRM tools.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in business development or project sales, preferably within the building materials, construction or interior industry.
• Proven success in developing new business and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven with strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to travel to meet clients and visit project sites.

Pay: RM5,100.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
