Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly sales reporting and analysis
• Support promotion setups, pricing surveys, stock planning, consolidation, stock allocation, and competitor analysis
• Support in buying process and procedures
• Support basic and routine merchandising tasks and functions
• Support new intakes processing, coordinating & data management
• Responsible for inter-department communications and correspondence related to promotions, intakes, and ad-hoc inquiries within the assigned portfolio.
• Serves as the central point of communications between the buying department and retail operations

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Fashion, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of merchandising experience in the fashion retail industry; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong numerical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail - Precision in Pricing, Visual and Shelf Alignment
• Experience in Procurement is an added advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
• Effective interaction with team members
• Passion for fashion and the retail industry
