Senior Project Manager (Permanent)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: RM11,000 – RM13,000 + RM1,000 Travel Allowance

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Data Centre infrastructure projects simultaneously.
• Develop project execution strategies and manage the full project lifecycle.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, and resource planning.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and mentor project managers and engineers.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery.
• Prepare project reports and present updates to senior management.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing Data Centre projects.
• Strong experience leading mission-critical infrastructure projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of M&E, ELV, BMS, UPS, HVAC, or critical facility infrastructure is highly preferred.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday.

Pay: RM11,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
