• IT Infrastructure Oversight.
• Oversee the overall IT infrastructure requirements for UGM and its group, both current and future.
• Responsible for managing and monitoring:
• Existing GEMS system (University Management System)
• Do iteration process of system analysis and design to improvise system based on the requirements needed
• Learning Management System (LMS) for students
• Learning Management System for programs under microcredits and short courses
• Other operational systems such as KOHA, HR2000 and others.
• Ensure all IT infrastructure is secure, stable, and protected from threats.
• Prepare and manage budgets related to IT infrastructure and system development.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure system development and implementation meet organizational objectives.
• Excellent skills in System Analysis and Design (SAD) including interface design

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 3–5 years experience in IT systems, infrastructure, or related roles
• Experience with systems like ERP / GEMS / LMS is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and databases
• Able to review systems and suggest improvements
• Understanding of system development and coordination with IT teams
• Basic knowledge of IT security

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
