Summary:

• Report to Application Senior Manager - IT
• To determine operational objectives by understanding business functions by gathering information from user and evaluating output requirements and formats to technical requirement
• Ability to manage and understand both back-end architecture and multi-platform (Web, Android, SQL Database) client applications

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Evaluating and manage application business and technical flow processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Analyze and understanding web applications across both frontend and backend, and mobile application components
• Translate abstract business problems/solution into technical requirements.
• Design and maintain application services and APIs
• Know-how troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and system performance problems.
• Able to understand, maintainable (test script and scenario), and well-tested code covering both unit tests & SIT & UAT for the back-end and UI automation tests for the mobile front-end.
• Monitor and manage data pipelines architectures (ETL process), and maintain a data warehouse/centralized database.
• Participate in the minor of software development lifecycle, including development, testing, and deployment (added advantage).
• Collaborate with team members to implement new features and system improvements for the operation.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Superior/Management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Possess at least Bachelor Degree in Computer Information Technology / Engineering or equivalent.
• Grasp of modern web/mobile technologies (e.g., dot.NET, C++, React-Native) and server-side languages (e.g., Python, C++, dot.NET, Node.js).
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud-native application deployment (Ubuntu & MS Azure).
• Some experience working directly with design systems (UI/UX).
• Strong empathy for the operation user. You care deeply about why you are building a feature.
• Experience: 5+ years in both business & system analysis.
• Advantage if have agricultural domain knowledge.
• Minimum travel across East & West Malaysia and Indonesia (if required only) during project implementation/kick off/training. etc.
