Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Event Project Executive to assist in visual merchandising operations and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in visual merchandising operational coordination and project support
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and warehouse PIC for delivery and stock movement arrangements
• Assist in quotation sourcing and price comparison
• Support progress tracking, reporting, and execution updates
• Coordinate store communication for display materials and visual merchandising setup arrangements
• Coordinate seasonal props, fixtures, and display materials with warehouse and internal teams
• Monitor stock movement and delivery schedules for outlets, roadshows, and activations to ensure timely preparation
• Assist in executing in-store displays, window setups, and seasonal visual merchandising activations at outlets and event locations
• Conduct outlet visits for visual merchandising setup coordination and implementation support
• Prepare store visit updates, progress reports, and photo documentation
• Support event setup, dismantling, and on-site visual merchandising execution
• Coordinate with suppliers, installers, and internal teams during setup period

Requirements：

• Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in related field.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willing to travel for outlet visits and event setup when required
• Able to handle operational and execution-related tasks independently
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Event internship experience is an advantage.
