In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement, as well as implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a keen understanding of business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement

- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs

- Develop and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity

- Create detailed business requirements documents and functional specifications

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions

- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget

- Provide training and support to end-users on new processes and systems

- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to drive continuous improvement

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to suggest innovative solutions to business challenges

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven experience in process improvement and project management

- Knowledge of business process modeling and data analysis tools

- Familiarity with Agile methodology is a plus

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proactive and results-driven mindset

- Willingness to travel as required

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
