Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
• Handle full sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), general ledger, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Monitor cash flow, process payments, issue invoices, and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis to support business planning and decision-making.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure all financial documents are properly filed and updated.
• Prepare tax-related schedules and support statutory reporting requirements, including SST, withholding tax, and other regulatory submissions where applicable.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers, and regulatory authorities during audits, tax filings, and financial reviews.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and relevant financial regulations.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve accounting processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Support management by providing financial analysis, reports, and recommendations as required.
• Perform other accounting, finance, and administrative duties assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Certifications in Accounting (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
• Minimum 3 years working experience in Accounting.
• Familiar with Accounting software such as AutoCount / SQL
• Applicants must be able to work independently with a creative mind and good problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
