Working Hours :

5½ Working Days

  • Monday – Saturday (Off Sunday & Johor Public Holidays)
  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Another one day off every two weeks

Your Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative and office management tasks.
  • Welcome and assist walk-in retail customers and project clients.
  • Follow up on customer payments and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain company records and documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Support management with administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments.

We're Looking For Someone Who...

Is responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Enjoys communicating with customers.

Can speak and write in English and Mandarin (to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers).

Has good organizational skills.

Is willing to learn and grow with the company.

Fresh graduates are welcome!

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Autocount).

Preferred Candidates :

We highly encourage applicants who have:

Experience working in a furniture showroom

Experience in home furnishing, interior design, or home décor retail

Experience in customer service or sales administration

A genuine interest in home furniture, interior styling, and beautiful living spaces
