Responsibilities:

1. Organize hazard identification and assessment, and assist in formulating risk control measures.

2. Supervise and implement the high-risk safety management measures of this unit.

3. Organize daily, seasonal, holiday and special inspections at the division level.

4. Guide and supervise the companies/business departments to carry out the investigation and management of hidden dangers, and urge the rectification of major hidden dangers.

5. Improve the accident investigation and handling process.

6. Coordinate the management of safety and environmental accidents of all companies, and carry out investigation and handling of major safety and environmental accidents.

7. Participate in EHS audit of key suppliers.

8. Sort out the management process of relevant parties, participate in the examination and approval of major projects, the examination and approval of key hazardous operations, and the supervision and inspection of safety-related work on the construction site.

9. Participate in and guide the preparation and implementation of safety operation instructions of various companies.

10. Other safety-related work.

Requirements:

Knowledge/skills:

Major: safety engineering/environmental engineering and other related majors in science and engineering.

1. Familiar with production safety laws and regulations and related standards.

2. Sensitive to hazard source identification and risk control, rich in on-site management experience, and able to put forward targeted risk control measures.

3. Have good insight and execution, effectively carry out hidden dangers investigation, promptly urge hidden dangers to be rectified, and reduce accident risks.

4. Master the accident investigation and analysis process, master the accident investigation and analysis skills, have relevant professional knowledge and judgment ability, adhere to the principle of seeking truth from facts, fairness and justice, and strive to analyze the accident cause scientifically and take appropriate preventive measures.

5. Be familiar with the management contents of relevant parties, especially the contents of construction safety management and dangerous operation safety management.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,300.00 per month
